11 in 38,748,237 Part 11: Teddy Reeve

Finally we have reached the final interview of the 11 in 11 series. We end with Senior center Teddy Reeve. Teddy is as consistent as they come. He has started at center for the past two seasons for an offense that averages over 30 points a game. If the Tigers need their team to be anything right now, they need to be consistent to say the least against Brentwood Academy this Friday.

Q: Teddy, how big of a role does the offensive line play in this year's rushing attack?

A: The offensive line plays a huge role in the rushing attack this year. Coach Caudill has put in a game plan that allows for us to be successful and use our strengths to the fullest. We just make the holes, and with a high-caliber back like Orleans, we are able to capitalize. We have only scratched the surface of what this offensive line is capable of.

Q: What are some areas do you feel that the offensive line can improve on?

A: Communication: when we are all on the same page we are unstoppable; when we are all over the place we tend to make mistakes and not get the job done. If we can be on the same page we can go far this year.

Q: Are you looking to walk on and play college football next year?

A: If I have to I will walk on, but at the moment I'm not looking to go that route. I have been in contact with many D1-AA and Ivy League schools, and I plan on playing for one of them this time next year.

Q: How big is this year's BA game?

A: This game is the biggest game this year for us, and the biggest BA game thus far. They have kept us from the title game two years running, and this time it's the regular season, but we are treating it like the playoffs. To be the first Ensworth team to beat BA would be huge and would give us confidence that we can build on as the season rolls along.

Q: What does the offensive line have to do against BA to have a shot at beating them for the first time on homecoming?

A: We just have to work as a unit, if we are together, BA will have their hands full tomorrow night.
